Command and conquer Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge is a real time strategy game. The game allows you to play as the Allies or the Soviets, And in the expansion version, the option to play with Yuri was added.

After capturing enemy base with yuri prime, you can move those MOVs and then they become yours forever without needing the yuri prime :)

No. If you allowed for buildings like Tesla coils to be destroyed, possibly. But it would take too much micromanagement to actually be possible. The AI of your own units would start destroying structures on its own
