I have a Frankenstein YC 184xx. The jug and head are Takegawa, but the body is from a yx 140 I believe. The guy tapped the bottom for the metal oil line. Thing that sucks is it has the spin filter inside and not the side case with the paper filter.

Hi! What is the oil strainer cap for at 8.29? Manual says it is oil strainer cap but nothing else. Is there oil filter under it?

I have a yx 140 simi and gears won't down lower than 3rd but will go in 3 an 4th . Tire is stuck, kick start is stuck so I can't start it. What can the the problem. The. Piston dose move and the fly wheel moves so it's not froze up . I'm lost . Cant find any rebuilds on simi only manual

I have a welsh pit bike 170, it will not go in to neutral the rear wheel is locked and kick start is solid, Iv pulled the clutch side apart but um unable to pull the clutch basket off its jammed tight can any one help

Lol I’m always breaking a tooth in box. F ing nightmare. Not the first I’ve bought new instead of fixing ($200 new 125cc engine) I can’t get gears cheap either. I think I’m hurting gears when landing open throttle (I’m on Chinese 125) At $1000 new I don’t expect bikes to hold up

I have this engine and the 2nd gear doesn't work selects but makes a noise and like it is in neutral I want to strip it but the strip down looks to complexed to rebuild it back but really like the engine what do I do ? Thanks In advance

I've been a mechanic 30 years now let me tell you it's not that hard I always take pictures of everything before I remove any parts it helps alot pluse look at every part removed inspect both sides to be sure it's not ment to be installed in a certain direction take your time is the best way

Iv got the same problem with my KMXR MR2 160cc on mine second gear is missing so Iv orderd a new gearbox and full engine gasket set make sure you buy a full engine gasket set for your engine

Leaves them in the dirt. The cam profile makes these bikes almost as responsive as the big DOHC dirt bikes

If u go with a tb parts v2 head it will the stock yx160 heads are honda ports so it won't work, perfer just doing a big bore kit on the klx and then do the klx race head if you want more power
