I could not find your video on removing the bearings. Removal is the harder part.

For people reading this in the future, the outer race of the bearings is a press fit into the linkages, you need to make or buy a bearing puller to press the races out of the linkage or you can use a socket and hammer them out.

hmm, is he in a wheelchair, still having hands, but holding on to the extension rod from press? after one misfortunate failure and he'll soon be using his teeth i guess
