I’m amazed you don’t have a plasma table already. The guys at C and C have had one for a minute. Your fabrication skills are light years ahead of them .

Dude, for the longest time I was blown away by your welding skills. Now I'm starting to hone in on other details like how you lay templates out on a sheet of metal to minimize waste. I'm also amazed by your chassis design skills....I could never figure out how to properly triangulate this and that and precisely measure angles and flerpederps and whutnot. (Math and I ain't too friendly with eachother....) The QUALITY of your builds and attention to detail is unmatched in my opinion. Precision!!!! I'm happy to hear that you'll offer kits and parts for idiots like me who can't fab worth a spit....it's a game changer for the yard kart boys!!

I used to watch cars and cameras and the plumbers building powerful power wheels and what not but none of them show me what I need to see. I started on your channel recently and now the only kart channel I wish to watch is yours . Not as beefy as 3500 lb trailer spindles since those are either 1inch or 1.125 inch 2000lb axle spindles

I don’t know if you have a plasma table picked out yet but please do extensive research. There are a lot of plasma table builders out now, but there are more reputable ones that I recommend. I built my own table so I’m not biased to any brand. Please reach out if you have any questions. Love your content. Oh, and tab and slot were the magic words you were looking for when you were talking about welding the spindles together.

I was thinking you could use a CNC table watching you cut out all the parts that you drew up with the template then you mention you are getting one, fantastic! Quick question do you have a link for the mag vise you use for the cleaning/grinding the small part? I really could use one.

I have noticed many of my fav channels getting rid of the back round music. I think it is a nice change. Hearing tool sounds and such is more satisfying. No fill needed. just a thought.

Hi yes very interested in your parts very nice that you are building some parts for other buggy builders that do not have the tools to do it there self also are the rear spindles going to be with Miata c.v axle and hubs and brake rotors hope to see more thing some day keep safe.

Nailed it on plasma vs angle grinder. At this point it's almost annoying when someone asks why, and I have to ask, have ya ever cut thick metal freehand with a plasma? I do hate using the deathwheel though. 😁✌️

I have a cheap plasma cutter and use a straight edge for straight cuts and square off the corners and grind them down. Thickest cut is about 3/16 stainless so far.

A question...I have a Rokon. With the new 7hp Kohler engine swap.... Will a juggernaut setup work gd on that. They say it's for a high rpm motor. Will it still be a gd fit. Thanks

What diameter wheel do you plan to use with those brakes? Seems like your going to need a 14 of 15 inch wheel, or your brakes will be inboard with a ton of scrub radius?
