The Z01 is a fun bi metal. The Z02 and Z03 are straight up business. Since buying the Z02 and Z03 I haven't played any of my other throws in months. Great video!

First of all, really appreciate your laidback reviews! Could you explain to a total noob what "conservative" means in this context and how that plays out in practice? My son has the Hertz, so comparisons to that model is super helpful. Thanks!

Funny how opinions can be subjective like that. I MUCH prefer the focus over the Hertz. And the bimetals in the budget range you mention are all a LOT more expensive. In my opinion it also beats the pants off virtually any bimetal. Not by as big a margin as the more expensive bimetals though. So it's fair in that account.

oh hell yeah, i love this yoyo! so under-rated! this thing moves so quickly and fast, i still play with mine all the time. i disagree, i really like that yoyo. that hendriatias yoyo looks sick, but its actually got spacers and i lost interest quickly after learning that. i don't care for spacers.
