If you’re referring to him swearing and insulting people, he’s mentioned this before. He’s easier on some people (such as MasterChef contestants) due to being beginners/amateurs, while he’s harder on others (such as Hell’s Kitchen contestants) because they’re professionals and SHOULD KNOW what they’re doing Outside of that, he’s been shown to have a fun side (like this)

I LOVE Vietnamese food and the sandwiches the most, recently a nice lady from my co-op class gave me a sandwich when i said i wasn't going to get anything for lunch. She brought a Viet sandwich and it brought back childhood memories. I loved these since I was a kid. Much love from Canada !

@@mariahillenbrand8396 EXACTLY!!!! Her parents failed tf out of her! 🤦🏻 I learned how to cook, grill, and use a smoker from my dad, both my uncles, and my grandmother when I was a preteen/teenager. And, learned how to throw my own twist on things and come up with my own recipes as a young adult. I'm now 31, and have more cooking experience than all the "contestants" in this video combined and then some.

Not sure about other countries but in South Africa we have a "quarter" Absolutely amazing if done right! Awesomely done Zach! I'm still learning how to cook so I can't cook everything yet but if I could my ideal sandwich would be a barbecue brisket with a sorta teriyaki sauce I got from a cook book that includes less sodium soy sauce, ouster sauce, butter, and brown sugar toasted bread pepper jack cheese 🧀 shredded cabbage and sauté mushrooms with a side of potato salad 🥗 😋
