@@shreykumar7975 my setup is 5900x with 7800xt paired with 64gb of cl16 3200mhz of ram with all my drives being m.2 pcie gen 4. but if you have a 5800x its only a 5% to 10% difference of speed minus the extra 4 cores. The 7800xt is a beast of a mid range card mostly for 1440p gaming but if your using a 1080p it'll be a perfect above average budget pc for overkill gaming and decent if you do content creation, even tho its considered a mid range card the 7800xt still a good upgrade for anyone on previous gen am4 system that need of a good gpu with decent amount vram that mostly focus on gaming and with the ability to do content on side.(keep in mind it is a pcie 4 gen card so if ur cpu is not natively support gen 4 it will be at half speed but its not big deal)

I bought 5600G for budget reasons since AM4 motherboards and DDR4 are much better priced and I don't play many games that need more than the IGPU

5600g is only worth buying if you don't plan on buying a GPU straight away because you don't have the money, or if you don't want a GPU all together. Honestly this person didn't give enough information to actually answer the question, and normally these type of questions don't get responded to, because there's just so many people asking Zach he can't answer them all.

They have the 8600 and 8700G and the iGPU on the 8700g will actually roughly match a gtx 1650 for most games, plus the 8700g is still a pretty strong cpu outright, roughly matching a ryzen 5 5600x

No they won't, the bandwidth of the pci-e gen 3 isn't that small, nor slow. The x* are the number of pci-e lanes more or less required by gpus, SSDs and other pci-e devices

Not many games can take advantage of the full 4.0 bandwidth

Unless you go pass the VRAM limit, bus limit between 3 and 4 is not that significant

You guys are forgetting this isn’t simply gen3 vs gen4. This gen3 @ 8x vs gen4 @ 8x. When you drop from gen4 to gen3 you cut max bandwidth potential by half. Then when you drop from 16x to 8x you cut it again by half. Giving you equivalent bandwidth to super super old gen2 16x gpu bandwidth. Some games like Doom Eternal take a huge performance hit running these budget 8x cards on gen3 hardware. Just a stupid recommendation for anyone with a gen3 limited cpu or board to buy a modern budget 8x card like a 6600xt/7600xt/4060 etc. Those people should shop for similar priced 6700 non x,3060,3060ti or any other 16x card. Sure it will run at gen3 bandwidth but that 16x bus will be unrestricted in the similar mid range performance tier.

the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D is a good option. If you ahve money, spend on the Ryzen 9 7950X3D. A budget option is AMD Ryzen 5 7600X.

Get 5600non x its cheap and such a beast cpu it will serve u very well much better than 2600 it will serve u for atleast 2-3years without problem then u get new relased series ryzen cpu and u can gett better ddr5 than now for now i think ddr5 is not worth it ddr5 will get faster ram faster cpus after 3 years

7800x3d should be enough. i still use an r5 3600x and it runs perfectly on premiere/photoshop. however, if you want to use an 7900, use the non x and turn on precision boost overdrive, its exactly the same as the x-version with this feature

Nvidia: rtx 4060 Amd: rx 7700xt or rx 6800 It may be a bottleneck combination, but you can upgrade your cpu later. Or you can divide the budget for both cpu and gpu, but you dont actually need to do that.

Rx 6750xt will do fine. If you have more money, target for the 7800xt

There's no point in integrated graphics if you're gonna buy a GPU so yeah, that's why you need to plug your hdmi/display port to the GPU, not the motherboard

I bought integrated graphics cpu for light gaming to wait out the crypto boom. If you intend to game now but buy gpu later that might be one reason to buy integrated graphics. Another niche reason is if you intend to run a server pc for media or Plex or whatever - you won’t need a gpu in that PC, you could just use the integrated graphics. Lastly if your gpu dies it’s emergency graphics in a pinch. But it’s mostly reason 1. Gotta remember you’re giving up a good deal of power with integrated graphics cpus, so the only rationale that truly makes sense if it’s out of necessity, like deferred gpu buy. 😭
