This stylus has been out for a few years but can pretty much do everything that the new Apple Pencil can do, with the exception of one or two other features. It's very versatile and you are able to use it with multiple iPads at once.

iPhone compatible too right? Just bought the stylus 2 and connected but won’t write with the tip and only works with the rubber end 😢

Not iPhone compatible. It is using technology that is found in the iPad, I think 7th or 8th generation and later.

I don't think so. The specs only mentions iPad 2018 or later, which makes me believe they are using tech that is iPad specific.
