yeah but i think fire red is supposed to be Pokemon Ruby but its a slight mistranslation i think because the first game remade version of pokemon red was called Fire Red

One of my favorite legendary themes. Not as grand as Necozma, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s still techno and otherworldly in a way that could only fit Deoxys. A well done remaster, Zame!

@@bobandmrmecaleb5873 yea, it was a truly EPIC fight . . . However that's why it's even more unfortunate It just doesn't make sense for that version of the theme to not be well known . . . It's probably the best orchestral version out there too

I never got to experience the original deoxys event as a child. I was too young to understand events. I had always listened to Deoxys theme on KZfaq a lot and wondered what everyone meant by the goosebumps of his theme. When ORAS came out and I got to the Delta Episode and saw Deoxys come from the asteroid and heard the slow craw of his theme I got chills. When I saw his twirling arms as he floated there and his theme ramped up i finally got to experience the goosebumps. Great theme. Keep up the good work Zame.

@@MrDexSat Giratina isn’t Mythical, it’s Legendary. Basically every Mythical Pokémon was at one point only obtainable through event distributions. Deoxys and Keldeo have since broken away from that by being catchable in the normal game (ORAS and Crown Tundra respectively) but are still considered Mythical.

While making a ROM hack of FR I looked into Deoxys' theme cuz' I was curious how it was composed. Your remix, compared to MIDI version, uses similar (if not the same) instruments, which keeps the vibe of original piece and that is amazing. I finally found a great remix of one of my favourite tracks. P.S Glad you didn't go too lightly on part at 1:01. Most remixes and OR/AS version of this theme made it feel too slow or too weak.

I remember battling the guy in Omega Ruby. Man the anxiety while trying to catch it since if I failed that would've mean I'd have to reset and catch Rayquaza again.

Btw speaking of Hoenn I recently noticed that in the picture in the cave where we met Steven the 1st time near the image of the meteor falling, on the left we can see a shape similar to a UFO, which if linked to a theory I heard (which however didn't consider this detail) could be what inspired the humans into creating Claydol

Dang. When ORAS came out I was a little disappointed that the horns sounded a little, I have no idea how to say this but, clustered? It seemed like they kinda all blended together and weren't as distinct if that makes any sense. So this remix hit the nail on the head for me. Love the horns and drums in this!

Joo Zame, I have a small request regarding Deoxys. Have you seen Pokemon Generations 7: the Scoop? do you think you can recreate the Deoxys theme they use there? No one has done it yet, and I know there is a demand for that version of the Deoxys theme.

(A triangle appears from the debris.) Me: Hmm. Strange shape for a meteorite. (Rayquaza recognizes it.) Rayquaza: Jacob, that's no meteorite. Me: Huh? Rayquaza: It's someone i know. Brace yourself for battle. Me: Okay, but just who is it. Rayquaza: Let me introduce you to the DNA Pokemon..... Deoxys. (The triangle moves in a series of short paths, getting more red in the process.) (Deoxys then awakens.)

A shame Jirachi didn't get much attention for special music or some sort of battle. The only tune really associated with Jirachi is when it's transferred from the Jirachi disc onto your game and even then it's only a couple of seconds. If it was a small song like Meloetta then it'd be better but sadly not.
