Thank you very much for this. The machine here got me worried when it refused to spin with a single hand towel that had been used for mopping up something. Turned out it was EF5, unbalanced load. Never had that before. Cleared it, put a few more items in to keep it happy, did a full wash and it's fine.

After reset and clear E21, now my washing machine refuses to pump&centrifuge at all. I just want to pump the water out. It had stopped the cotton program just before rinsing. Please advise what to so next, thank you

Good evening. I have a Zanussi Lindo 1000 tumble dryer. When I turn on the power button all the usual lights come on however I can’t get the dryer to go on and the buttons don’t work by touch as normal! All a bit confusing really. Regards. Peadar.

I am assuming the zanussi dryer that looks exactly like this should be the same way to enter into diagnostic code. I have an EHO error and I want to reset it but it won't go in program mode? Any tips? Does it have a reset button on the back? As I tried to take the back off of it looking for a reset button but don't see one. why is it so hard to get in diagnostic mode? As you said you had some problems getting the other ones in diagnostic mode. Maybe I should assume the dryer is the same way to get into diagnostic code but your video is the first that showed me a way for a washer but not the dryer. I know assuming me makes an ass out of me. :P)
