I just got this printer and it's not working. I followed the instructions and watched videos but when l downloaded the driver the prnter is not listed. I want to return it. Can you share the driver link you used? Thank you!

Do you have the flash drive to insert? Also try contacting the company. Something might me wrong with that machine

@@ZariahsCreations Mine didn't come with a driver. It came with a USB adapter for MAC but no flash drive with a driver.

I’m thinking of getting this printer to make mailing labels. I would also like to make the sticky round packaging labels. I would like to make labels to write information about yarn to add onto my yarn bands. Can I do this label using this machine? Thank you for the video

Does it connect to your phone as well? Or a laptop is necessary

It’ll connect to your phone via Bluetooth and the Labelife app.

No I didn’t. It was a little difficult to connect and now the drivers aren’t on my device. I’m going to start over and re-install. I’ll come back to this video and leave a message when I do.
