Mines didnt bring the usb i try downloading driver from the web and it doesnt work i got the app and it doesnt connect i did make a simpme design to try it out

Your Phomemo came with the flash drive? I didn’t receive one and I don’t understand how am I suppose to use it

Mine came with a USB with the software loaded onto it which was super easy to install to my Macs. If yours didn't come with one this doesn't sound right to me, if you contact the brand they should be able to send you one out. It may be that they're able to send a software download link or something like that too. Hope this helps!

Ahh yes so that part you can buy separately for your machine, if you're using the stack of labels I wouldn't say its necessary but if you're using a roll instead then yes it would make life a lot easier ☺️

I'm selling personalized labels for wedding. Do you think that I can print my labels (for sell) with this thermal printer (about quality) ?

The labels are lovely & crisp from my experience. Printing yourself with something like this would also allow you to be flexible with your designs & keep costs low with personalisation which is something that can be very expensive when it comes to outsourcing your products. Hope this helps! ☺️

If you are refering to Lucid when it comes to shipping to Germany it wasn’t as bad as I was thinking. It was very self explanatory and took me about 15 minutes from start to finish. Good luck with it!

@@EllisWoolleyIllustration if I remember correctly, you start at their website by creating an account. They send you a link and from there it is just following their instructions and answering a few questions.
