Ingredients
Butter - as required
Garlic - 1 teaspoon, finely chopped
Onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Capsicum - 1/2 bowl, finely chopped
Tomato - 3, finely chopped
Salt - as required
Kashmiri red chili powder - 2 teaspoons
Garam masala/ all spice mix - 1/2 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1 teaspoon
Water - as required
Coriander leaves - finely chopped, as required
Pav - 2 pieces
Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
Instructions
1. Heat the tawa and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter. Allow it to melt.
2. Add garlic and onion. Saute it on a medium to high flame.
3. Add capsicum, tomato, and salt. saute it for a few seconds.
4. Now, add kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, and pav bhaji masala. Mix it well and mash it with the masher.
5. Add some water and coriander leaves. Mix it well and allow it to cook for a few seconds.
6. Meanwhile, take the pave and slit it. Spread the butter on it.
7. Now, gather the masala to one side of the tawa and add some butter to the empty space of the tawa. Allow the butter to melt.
8. Place the pav on the melted butter and toast it. Flip it and toast it for a few seconds.
9. Spread a generous amount of prepared masala on both the pav.
10. Squeeze the lemon and fold the pav.
11. Again, spread the masala over the pav and press it gently.
12. Now, transfer the masala pav to the serving plate and garnish it with the coriander leaves.

You can also use bread instead of pav.

Make sure, to finely chop the veggies.
Use Kashmiri red chili powder to get a nice red color.
Adjust the spices as per the requirement.
