A good amount of players still think like that but now days players are in pissing contests with contracts just to say they are the highest played at their position. That's insecure. I only care about being the highest praised. No reason to be paid extra just to have it brag for you then have your team traded away and suck. Especially if they are gonna offer a lot already.

GucciArzola If you watched the football you would know that he wasn’t successful in New England because of there play style. The way Tom Brady wanted things was that you had to go exactly the amount of yards he says, which put Chad in the box so he couldn’t be himself. It had nothing to do with his health also if you knew this you would think differently because he plays flag football with Micheal Vick and T.O and he hasn’t lost a step...
@forrestgump95805 жыл бұрын
Makrell cain That's not the case it wasn't Brady ask any receiver that has played for the Patriots and they will tell you that the system is very difficult and hard to remember. The route combinations, the schemes and the play names would be a task to remember.

I lived a half mile away from Chad near Eden Park in Cincinnat.One day Chad was coming home from practice on a cold winter day and noticed 3 kids walking home with no winter coats.Chad picked those 3 kids up took them to tri county mall and bought those boys shoes and coats then proceeded to take them home and told them not to tell anyone but their moms.Of course word got back to the media but Chad was and is a Great Human being.

Chad and TO were both hated. Chad was seen as someone who valued his celebrations more than his work on the field. It wasn't true but whenever he had a bad game his antics were the first thing to blame. People hated him for his HOF jacket, jumping into opponent crowds, his sayings like "kiss the baby", and a ton of other stuff. It's only now that he and TO appear on talk shows and the crowd that once hated them are finally coming around.

About 3.5 years ago , I was working in a shoe store called Simons sportswear, and I happened to sell this man some running shoes , and clothes , told me he was getting ready to race the kids at his daughter track practice , he was very cool , very humble , nice individual, for some reason I was like man this guy looks familiar , but it didn’t hit me until I spoke to my co workers about it . His attitude , the way he carried himself , and treated others despite being one of the greatest to ever do it surprised me the most . You would’ve never thought a person of that standard would be so humble and down to earth .

My coworker is a huge Dolphins fan. Whenever he's in Miami, he makes a habit of getting tickets, but also checks in with Chad Johnson. I thought was bluffing when he said he had met him on multiple occasions after following him on Twitter and Instagram. The Ocho Cinco actually posts his whereabouts to fans and gets drinks with them or hangs out in coffee shops for meet and greets. I don't know of many other players who make themselves so accessible to their fans, so I was stunned by his willingness to be so public like that. Really friendly guy in person, and likes to show fans a good time, whether he's on or off the field.

It was a pleasure watching this guy tear the league up. One thing that I will never forget, was when he was at a pro bowl catching skill competition against all of the other receivers. Another commentator asked Tom Jackson who he thought would win, to his surprise, Jackson replied something along the lines of "I think you guys are going to be surprised by this kid Chad Johnson, he has the best hands here" and the commentator was kind of baffled that he didn't pick whoever lead the league in receptions or yardage. Sure enough, Johnson dominated the competition and I became an instant fan.

Awww, I miss Chad being in the game! He’s full of personality! Once they showed his soccer skills I knew that’s exactly where he built his quick foot athleticism skills! He’s always going to be the man to me! Thanks for sharing! Peace and Blessings to all!

These are the stories that need to be heard the most. people do things in the heat of the moment that changes their life, people are always going to make mistakes. The best thing is to take responsibility, understand your actions and live your life. Chad Johnson is an absolute inspiration. True heroes do not have a clean pristine record, true heroes make mistakes and own up to it and make a difference in their lives and others.
