Zen Yoga by the Sea on St Helena

Another sequence of the Zen Yoga session, with instructor, Mark Westmoquette, this one filmed on the Rupert’s Jetty on St Helena.
This sequence is actually part five of the five-part session.
Zen Yoga works with the energy meridian lines (acupuncture lines) in the body. Each line is associated with an internal organ and the lines are paired together. Each pair is associated with a season of the year.
This session is Yoga designed for the Stomach and Spleen in the Late Summer/Harvest.
Mark will be offering a one-year practice course in the UK, following this form of Yoga, from May 2021.

Hey Bethan, the jetty in Rupert's is certainly is a peaceful place to visit when there is no shipping activity. It's off limits to the general public when the ship is in and the area is busy with cargo activity, which is usually about once a month, for a week at a time. Cheers 😊
