Welcome to Bijou’s Be Well Series - Day 15!
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we are embarking on a 21 Day Zentangle Journey with our dear friend Bijou. During this challenge, we will delve into one tangle on one 3Z tile each day.
We invite you to find 15-20 minutes each day to tangle along with us, Bijou, and the Zentangle Community, allowing your pen to soothe your soul.

I learned SO MUCH at CZT 38, including embracing so many tangles I was having difficulty with, including Scena. I am so much more confident in my tangling practice due to CZT 38, so thank you, Zentangle Team!

In Australia we can buy the material from certified Zentangle teachers and online from art supply shops. It will be the same in Germany.
