WFPB since 2011. Food noise is still real for vegans. I just started my journey. Injection #3 today. ~25 pounds to lose. Inflammatory markers crazy high. Fatty liver seen on ultrasound. I struggled trying for the past 2 yrs to lose weight. Finally, I decided to go this route. Losing slow- 1+ pound/wk so far. Good luck on your journey. I'm glad I found your channel. Your story is somewhat similar to mine.

Wish you luck. It must seem a tiny bit overwhelming at first/uncharted territory. For good info, recommend some YT stuff: - Dr Dan Obesity Expert - The Plus SideZ - Man on the Mounjaro - Countess of Shopping (despite the name) It’s great that you’ve decided to make a change. Go get it! 👍

I'll definitely be following your journey! Your goals are almost the same as mine - protein, walking, overall health. I think I'm just 1 week behind you but I haven't lost much weight yet. I'm 357lbs and have been stuck here for a week now. I still have "food noise" but I've been eating much less due to the side effects (nausea, headache, constipation). I haven't started working out yet, but I'll be walking 30 mins a day soon as well. Thank you for the inspiration!

@@PeacocksPounds-9 lbs after 7 full weeks on Zepbound 2.5mg. I may be increasing to 5mg today, or taking my very last 2.5mg shot today. A average of 1.28 lbs per week. I’m 5’2” 58 yrs old Starting at 180 lbs currently 171. Goal 140-145 lbs Using the GLP-1 tracking method on WW. Meeting the same pillars of a healthy weight loss program, but this time the addition of Zepbound. And this time when I do reach my goal, I’ll happily stay on a med of this nature to assist with my maintenance. 😊

Excited to follow your journey! I took my second shot yesterday! Powder creamer helped me with a.m. fasting. Anthony's coconut milk powder is 60 cals / serving...if you follow the guideline that nothing around that amount of calories breaks your fast ;) good luck!

Yay! How's it going so far for you? Thanks for the tip on the powdered creamer -- my problem is I like a LOT of cream in my coffee. Ha! It's been easier for me to just concentrate on water for the first couple hours I'm awake and THEN I get my coffee with plant creamer as my "reward" after I get my walk and hydrating in for the morning.

The smart scale gives you ALL that data and so much more -- so slick! It's NOT as accurate as a DEXA scan, but those are very expensive and not feasible to have at home. ;) Check out my 5th video I just posted a couple days ago with my top 10 tips -- I go into detail about my smart scale.
