In a festive twist from our usual food challenges, we're bringing you an episode of camaraderie and gastronomic delight. Join me and my team as well tuck into an epic 10 Pax Christmas Platter, fresh from Holiday Inn! From traditionally roasted turkey to succulent ham, it's all here on the table. Savor every bite with us as we dive headfirst into 5kgs of Traditional stuffed turkey goodness accompanied with a generous serve of roasted vegetables. And what's Christmas without some cheer? We've got wine too! Last but not least is the indulgent Lychee Ginger Logcake to wrap up our scrumptious feast.

the producer is Zermatt's biggest fan, laugh the loudest at Zermatt's jokes and still praising Zermatt's eating skills (as if we dont already know...). Anyway, the saltier the ham, the cheaper the ham. Ham has a smooth texture, due to the water added and you need salt to hold the water inside the meat. the more salt, the more water you can add, the cheaper the ham.

After I watched this video, I immediately ordered this Santa Claus bundle for my Christmas party. When it arrived today, I must say, I was greatly disappointed. Didn’t get any grilled pineapples or fancy tomatoes, and the vegetables were a mere 2-3pax portion sia. I went back to the website and checked their photo which also shows the grilled pineapples and fancy tomatoes just like in the video. Just putting this here so that you know what your fans received was different from what they served you. :(
