Just a reminder to clean your mascara wand between refills! It's amazing that it's re-usable but I can see issues with product buildup and organic material buildup (mites and things) on the wand if used long-term without cleaning.

I am so sad they aren’t available in the UK - they look great! You could try putting Toner in a small spray bottle to spray directly onto the face - I find less product is used because it doesn’t absorb into the cotton pad and it’s convenient and refreshing (I get a lot of product from Lush UK and they put their toner in a spray bottle).

I'll keep this brand in mind! I've been very afraid to switch lotion due to allergies I can't support my usual brand anymore. Plus they have fragrance free! Tho if I find one with oats too I'd be set lol.

Burt's Bees is a great brand! No weird chemicals that irritate your skin and no sharp parts in the packaging.

i finally ran out of mascara (haven’t bought any since i was 17, five years ago) & just got some mascara & concealer from elate beauty & i love the mascara! still trying out the concealer like it’s not as good as my toxic mega corp plastic brand tbh but it’ll do.

Yay, I'm so early! My favorite lotion bar is by Moon Valley Organics. It also comes in a tin. I would definitely try this brand, though. I don't wear makeup often at all. I just have 3 Axiology balmies, and rarely pull those out.

If you're looking to use up some makeup, project panning challenges tend to make things more fun for me. Also, any input on eco-friendly moisturizers? I've been using facetheory for a few years but I'm now wondering if there is something better or that doesn’t have to be shipped from the UK.

@@leanneono6237 no problem! Here's my quick review if you want it: the Occuwake eye cream wasn't really anything special to me. The gel moisturizer is good for oily skin or warm months because it feels nice and lightweight. The relaxing night cream is the opposite- pretty heavy feeling and a little goes a long way unless your skin is really dry. The liquid cleanser with the green label and the pump (can't remember the name) is too drying for normal or combo skin types, but my oily skinned husband loves it. I prefer the vitamin c cleansing cream, which is way more gentle and smells nice. I like that the packaging is almost all metal or amber glass- makes it very easy to reuse or recycle and the prices were pretty reasonable the last time I placed an order.
