家里亲戚多，还有几个家底不错的。而且我小的时候确实挺会来事儿的。买房子都是十年前的事儿了，那个时候沈阳还是二线城市，房子买的时候不是现房，刚有个地基，我看了一下建筑公司的资历和过去他们建的花园之后就果断出手了。3850一坪拿下的58坪的小户型。而且还送了8坪左右的面积，去了公摊面积60坪出头。不过一个人够住了。现在地铁通了，家乐福也建了。市价估摸是翻了将近三倍。不过房子确实不错封闭式花园的15楼小高层我买的5楼。有电梯三水入户地热，物业管理也很到位，舍不得卖，现在在日本留学家里面就空着那。

哎，也对也不对。我小时候都是跟小区里边的孩子在楼下玩儿，玩儿得很嗨，很少楼上家里蹲。不过听说现在的小孩儿不下楼玩儿了，但是同时娱乐方式也多了，打打电脑游戏，看看电视剧啥的。

還好我媽是帶著我存錢，給我撲滿，本來家長就要給予小孩理財教育、教導小孩私有財產的概念，讓小孩自己決定如何使用，家長到底投資小孩多少那又是另一回事了，畢竟那是孩子的錢，直接拿走是很糟糕的教育

一開始是我媽幫我保管 但是保管在她的抽屜裡 國中後收到紅包我都學著自己收 上大學後開了第一個帳戶再把自己收的跟媽媽收抽屜收12年的那些一起存 不然以後學貸壓死我 我爸從我上學就教我存錢 所以每天他下班都拿幾個1元或5元給我去投招財貓（其實投給它就都沒動它😂）多了幾隻肥豬公已經殺光了

我小学的时候就是这样 最后几天才做。到了初中。家里人给报了补习班 别说暑假了 周六周末都得去补习三小时。 上了高中后就更别说了。 当时是把学习当乐趣。现在回想起来我觉得错过了最好玩的时光。

I could only relate to one. The first, beacause i am an onlychild. The rest: Mom dont care what i get in school. (Top of my class in 3 (maybe 4) out of 8 subjects, so she might not try to intervene because i do well) Summer? I work. (Or i would have if it wasn’t for Corona) She buys me what i want if she have money for it.

Yep to the money saving thing... mom never let me spend a single penny. But then and again, by the time I got married and she released the funds to me I had... $10,000 o_O So I can't really be mad at her? It ended up being our down payment for our house! And yes 1000 times to the toy thing. "If you work hard good things will come" was the mantra of the house...which meant bringing home straight As XD Chores? What are those? My friends were always so jealous because they had chores, I asked my mom about them and she said "Focus on your education!!!" Yep :^)

In America, first-time homebuyers have access to a specific type of loan that doesn't actually require anything down. We also were looking at townhomes, which are muuuuuuch cheaper. Our house was 174,000 USD. If we ever are looking to upgrade, then we will need at least 20% down. Houses in my area are usually between 300,000 - 400,000 USD so that's a much higher down payment!

A.R.M.Y ONCE 我小学的时候暑假也很好玩 去爷爷奶奶家玩一段时间 老人家要给我零花钱 然后再去外公外婆家玩一段时间又有一大笔零花钱 作业都是最后几天才做。 上了初中就变了 家里给报了各种个样的补习班 不仅暑假要去补习，就连周六周末每天都每天得补习几点小时........我小学一支中性笔我记得感觉能用很久。到了初中基本上两天写完一支笔。高中就更别说了 我爸买了一箱的笔放在家里.........好羡慕你生活在国外。 没那么大的学习压力。

I can relate to most of this, but I had a great childhood!! Hahaha PH parents arent as strict with studies, but I personally loved learning and my parents let me keep some of my money and whenever they needed it, I gave it to them hahahan Also, having siblings is great! I wish chinese people could experience it :)

Dude i am telling you filipino childhood are the best ones. Imagining you have a strict dictator at your house but still loves it is called Mother. And everyday you have a very fun cycle where everything starts when you wake up, watch nostalgic cartoon like Ben 10, mickey mouse club house, hi 5, those are great times also with our favorite breakfast champorado theb you will hear someone yelling "TAAAAHOOOOO" A vendor of our favorite filipino delicasy which is Taho. The you can't go out to play because you need SLEEP first in the noon. When you wake up in the afternoon you have tons of friends and games waiting for you!! Memories uch are those are golds for filipino. Also taking breaks with a Merienda or a Snacktime with our favorite Zest-O juice or stick-O or some chippy's with toys inside labeled by some great telenovelas. We also have fried bananas, ice-cream in bread and pop corns.. When the darkness hits some of us will leave or some of them have an escort forcing them to go home which is called MOTHER. HAHAHA those times are very historic where every slippers in our neighborhood are lost because we use them for games, People are angry because their garden are getting barren because we get some plants to play likee cooking mimics, Love those things . . .
