配方 Ingredients:
温水160毫升
Warm water 160 ml
温牛奶200毫升,温度(36 / 37 ℃)
Warm milk 200 ml (36 / 37 ℃)
速发干酵母3克(1 茶匙)
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖15克(1 汤匙)
White sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
高筋或中筋面粉420克 (3 杯)
(更正: 视频里面高筋或中筋面粉280克 (2 杯),口误,应该是420克。抱歉。)
Bread or all-purpose flour 420 g (3 cup)
(Correction: Bread or all purpose flour 280 g / 2 cup in the video is wrong. it should be 420 g / 3 cup. Sorry for the mistake)
盐6克 ( 1茶匙)
Salt 6 g (1 tsp)
植物油30毫升(2汤匙)
Vegetable oil 30 ml (2 tbsp)
2个土豆
2 potatoes
一个小西葫芦
1 small zucchini
火腿
Ham
罗勒
Basil
马苏里拉奶酪(任意)
Mozzarella Cheese(optional)
烤盘:30*40厘米
Mode size: 30*40 cm
预热的烤箱中下层200摄氏度/400华氏度烤15-18分钟至金黄,加上奶酪后,再用同样的温度烤约8分钟至奶酪融化。
Preheated oven at 200℃/400℉ bake for 15 -18 minutes until golden brown, then add Mozzarella Cheese on the top, bake 200℃/400℉ for 8 minutes until cheese melted.

你好,這個麵團麵粉和水的比例可以是1:0.8 至1:0.85, 關鍵看麵粉的吸水性,麵團非常軟~420克麵粉可以用水340-350克左右~😊
