Hallo Top Chef.. Recipi bagus dan istimewah.. Tetapi rakam video terlalu lambat ya.. Cuci water chesnut tak paya tunjuk orang bergitu slow.. Pelanggan - Pelanggan hendak recipi dan cara masak, kita bukan ajar mereka macam mana cuci ya.. Ok.. Gd job. !

蝦棗嘅球形處理方法,可以用任何形式,反而最重要是size ,如片中提及要比魚蛋大。

呢隻蝦棗係有其他潮州人用麵粉做,我自己分別用過麵粉、番薯粉同木薯粉,個人同屋企人最喜歡木薯粉,所以示範左木薯粉俾大家. 你可以按個人喜好,做出岩自己既口味. 最後想多謝你嘅支持😃🍻

薯粉係一個簡稱可以係木薯粉,蕃薯粉或者馬鈴薯粉 我用既係木薯粉(英文叫tapioca starch),通常成份會標註明用邊一種薯,我自己三種粉都有用過,個人較喜歡木薯,所以今次推介木薯粉比大家.

Lovely Shrimp Ball... But there had not English so I don't know exactly what the other ingredients you mixed in the blended shrimp???

Thank you soooo much for interesting in my recipe. This is a kind of Cantonese transitional cuisine. There are chopped coriander, water chestnuts, gallic and lard which were mixed in the blended shrimp . Hope u will like it🍻🍻

@@chillcook29419 I am a Hakka. If I make a speech in Hakka, most people don't understand, and the effects become lower. As a teacher try to make our speech understood so as to make instructions more more effects. meanless. !!!
