In my opinion - a owner of both the DJI RS and RS2 Pro - I would say the RS is the best with a PGYTech handle adapter that you featured - just feels more sturdy, better grip and comfortable to hold - yes it's a little bigger than most, but such is a gimbal - the Weebil feels less sturdy.

This was impressive! It's great that you can get that result on a much cheaper gimbal. It that the latest version from the Zhiyun? I'm still rocking the original gimbal from DJI, the Ronin S. Still good for me. But you know... always interested in the latest and greatest. :))

Hi Phillip, I am not sure whether it is best to keep my Zhiyun Crane 2 for the next few years or upgrade to the RS3 Pro. I have had the Zhiyun Crane 2 since 2018 and have been using it to make walking videos -- feel free to check them out on my channel. I am wondering in your opinion whether the upgrade would be worth it. It is the micro jitters I am most worried about.

I'm not sure about the Crane 2, but I can compare it to the Weebill 3, and to be honest, they're very, very similar in terms of smoothness. I enjoy using both, however the Weebill 3 is way easier to pack and use, and above all carry. Neither suffer from micro jitters at all.

@@PhillipSkraba Also, Do you think the deadband problem on the RS3 will ever be fixed? I need a lot of deadband because I naturally twitch my hands while walking in my videos. Although the Crane 2 is pretty outdated, it still does an excellent job at absorbing my hand twitches with its deadband forgiveness. The main thing that bothers me with the Crane 2 is that it still has micro jitter isssues -- it would be the perfect gimbal for me if it was more smooth and somehow absorbed the Z-Axis movement (aka bounces). I am worried even though the RS3 is much more technologically advaned, it will be a step back with regards to raw stabilization performance and deadband like I mentioned above.

You can stick a phone or action camera on any gimbal, but the GoPro 10 has such incredible stabilisation I'm not sure you'd need to.
