The master bed room with its balcony is breathtaking however white colour should have been considered bse it's a highly reflective color, and it bounces light around the room, making it feel brighter, elegant and more open.

@gracekaliza7248 a plot of land, say 70*100ft around there is almost Ugx 200m. then a 5 bedroom self contained house at around Ugx 450 is fair enough. i find them fairly priced compared to other houses in Butabika and Garuga. those command prices north of USD 500k.
