This has to be the most anime one out of all the fights so far. The amount of times they dodge, counter, epic trades, and just powering through each other's attack is just insane.

Like I said before, it all comes down to a monster's ability to flinch it's opponent, because the best way to win is to be relentless enough that your foe can't keep up.

Zinogre got super lucky at the end with Diablos getting tired, I feel that if it's onslaught continued the tides would have been different- but this was by far the most entertaining battle in my opinion

Great to see Zino prove his dominance against even Diablos. Those combos are really devastating and I feel that no matter who wins the next semis, Zinogre will come out on top. Still, I’m rooting for Astalos for the next one.

@Noah Garcia diablos got really unlucky at the end if you ask me, though zinogre looked though i have to admit; diablos showed us some of the weaknesses of zinogre. All in all Zinogre looks like a solid opponent anyone

11:30-11:48 has to be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen in these fights Zinogre charges at diablos stunning him and pushing him back then diablos manages to tank the lighting back slam with his horns like a badass and push him back up with his horns only for zinogre to slam him back twice then uppercut him into the shadow realm. What makes this 10 times better though is the fact that if you pause during the middle of the uppercut it looks like zinogre actually just finished diablios in the coolest way possible. If this doesn’t show up in highlights for the next vid I will lose my mind.

A lot of the timestamps in the comments are 5 minutes off due to the video being edited. Subtract 5 minutes if you’re looking for the actual highlights and it doesn’t seem right.

@@MSSDeathmatch You are right, although for me it is already Victory that Zinogre has defeated a tank like Diablos. Although I think that between rakna and Astalos things are difficult for rakna, Astalos's aggressive attacks can cause a big problem, although rakna may also surprise us.

21:05 was pretty neat to see since I didn't think it was possible to interrupt Diablos out of its digging animation, but then Zinogre decides to prove me wrong! I feel bad that Diablos ALMOST pulled through, but I suppose it's up to Astalos or Rakna-Kadaki to finish this!

They should make diablos more ferocious in terms of move sets in MH6, in this game even in master rank he just seems too tame for a creature whose is known as tyrant of the desert

This was an amazing fight! The moment Zinogre lost his charged up state and got exhausted I was getting worried, and thought it was the beginning of the end since he was unable to do anything for quite a while. I was proven wrong though, because he was able to come back from it. My favourite moment is probably at 23:05 where Diablos is getting ready to charge and Zinogre just dodges out of the way and then proceeds to punish Diablos. Now the real question remains is if Rakna can tank Astalos like she did with Steve, or will we get a glorious and electrifying finale with our two thunder boys?

Diablos started out pretty well. Zinogre completely took over for a while then gassed himself out and Diablos looked like he was gonna finish out. Zinogre got his lightning back and it was neck and neck for the rest. Zinogre dodged a really meaningful charge from Diablos at the end which probably secured the victory for him

Diablos getting hungry at the very last Minute after basicly having it is so damn stupid. And like I've predicted, Zinogre on that HP is way to hard to kick out of his charge state. I guess it was very close, I guess, and we now get a Fight between him and Astalos at least. If Astalos manage to win the Bug Rivalry.

@Manny MS both diablos and zino went all out, but only one can make it to the final; but what a fight. An all thunder showdown would be so epic. But lets see if astalos has what it takes challenge rakna who managed to dispatched sergios, though one to predict.

Zinogre for what i know, wont get fatigued once he gets his thunder powered up. he'll get exhausted again if you broke him off from his powered up state. that's what got Zinogre proceed to the final fight.

Maybe the diablos health can be higher,Or is that diablos health maximum that you got? I think the health will be higher if you got a right diablos,Maybe this match need a rematch.

Higher HP doesn’t always equal a win. Diablos and Astalos had less Hp than Mizutusne and Lunagaron respectively and they still won. Besides, Diablos quickly caught up with Zinogre very early on, the Thunder dog was just that more powerful with its combos.

I mean, it's kinda obvious, that Zinogre can solo anyone, since his movements are too agile and powerful compared to other ones. And I'm not even mention combos or element status.

Honestly, I found this one extremely disappointing in the end. Most of the fight was alright, and Diablos was pulling it through for the majority of it, until they just suddenly sat down and did nothing for the last few minutes of the fight. I personally do like Zinogre more, and I have no problems with them winning, it was just...that didn't really feel like a win. It felt like a cop-out. It's probably the most anticlimatic these fights have ever gotten and it was pretty hard to watch Diablos (who I only felt sorry for at this point) just lie on the ground and sluggishly attempt a slow chomp despite being nowhere near close enough to it's opponent to land one while Zinogre just attacked a punching bag. Despite clearly being the superior combatant and man-handling the mighty Raijin for nearly fifteen minutes, it ultimately lost not because Zinogre managed to pull through and defeat it in a close finale but because the Game just decided Diablos wasn't allowed to fight anymore. With the knowledge that these videos are edited first and then premiered instead of the fight being live, it felt almost intentional. Even if the outcome would be the same and Zinogre would still win (again, I was rooting for him anyways), I would've at least done a second take or something so that it didn't turn out so terrible.

Forgive me, but I don't see it that way. First, in nature it is very normal to take advantage of the weaknesses of the rival or the prey so imagine yourself in the nature of monster hunter, so don't feel sorry for either of them. In addition, Diablos also took advantage of Zinogre's exhaustion and the fact that Zinogre couldn't get away from him because of the walls. second, in the combat the one who had the most advantage was zinogre, since zino had taken more HP from him than Diablos had taken from him, with a difference of almost more than 2000. In addition, Diablos was saved by being able to remove the charged state to zinogre and that he ended up tired, Diablos took advantage of that, otherwise it would have lasted less.

Zinogre having an advantage or even winning isn't my problem; it's the pathetic and lackluster way that it ended that is. It was lame. Honestly the fight was just alright, not good but not bad for most of it, but the last segment having Diablos act just so bizarrely and passive felt like AI Roulette giving a 1% scenerio over what the general outcome felt like it'd be. Also I didn't think I'd need to clarify that by "I felt bad for Diablos" I meant that I felt bad that the rng fucked them up at the end of the fight, not genuine pity for the creature, because my suspension of disbelief had broken in this one way before that point. But I guess I did. Still would've done a second take. The fight wasn't very exciting but the ending is mostly what killed it for me. I wanted Zinogre to win but not in a way that felt cheapened or unnatural. Fights on the channel are usually good, but I don't feel afraid to say that this one was pretty bad.

@@stronghold325 I'm going to be honest with you, I was hoping that Zinogre fight against Diablos would end something similar to mizutsune fight, where poor mizu spent it on the ground over and over again, that if you have to give credit to Mizu for controlling Diablos for a long time (The most beautiful thing about Mizutsune and Diablos' combat was that Mizu helped Diablos with her bubbles), so for me the zinogre vs. Diablos fight, Zinogre came out with better results than I expected. I also have to mention Steve because in his fight, although it seemed that he was going to win, something similar happened to what happened to Diablos in this fight, who got tired at the last minute and lost against Rakna, but since he had so little life left his exhaustion was less prolonged and Steve was not seen to suffer as much at the end. (I know that in this one I was being defeated from almost the beginning but thanks to Rakna's tiredness it seemed that he was recovering and gave the false hope that he was going to win)

@@dannyreyesd2671 You're phrasing your sentences fairly poorly so I'm having a hard time understanding what your point is, but it seems like you're pretty biased because you actively wanted Diablos to lose in that kind of way since it kept toppling the damp weasel over and over while it's opponent just gave it buffs. Also the ending of SvRK was extremely close, and Steve almost took it home. While he did get exhausted right at the end, Rakna had as well just shortly before, unlike here. Frankly, this has just made me question what even decided the tournament roster in the first place. Was it voted in?Mitzu is an extremely easy fight and is very easy to topple, it's signature gimmick can't work on any enemy monsters and it actively buffs or heals other monsters more often than it does the player. It's so beyond crippled in any sort of matchup that it feels cruel to even dump it in one. Why the hell someone would put it in a tournament is beyond me. Even then the rest of the roster just feels like it was grabbed out of a hat. A lot of things felt like very thematically similar monsters: would've worked better for stand alone videos like Zinogre vs Astalos or Tigrex vs Diablos but here it just feels like the roster has a lot of samey choices. A lot of fights in the tournament haven't been that interesting but this one just fucked up more.
