Funny thing, I had a bug once where I had the complete opposite. I had no monsters but a hunter scared by nothing, except a breaking stuff out of nowhere. My favorite moment of this game and cutscene just because of that xD

My thought of this Video is that: Remember that Animals could see Ghosts? So Rathalos, Diablos and Zinogre was seeing a Hunter's Ghost

*Rathalos has schizophrenia and randomly gets attacked by a lightning wolf and some random ass triceratops drago nothing that also has schizophrenia fights a rathalos also randomly getting attacked by that damn wolf*

I sometimes wish I can somehow replace the hunter model with an herbivore or some kind just so some scenes aren't as awkward haha

The Guiding Lands are some of the most nutrient rich areas in the entirety of the New World. As such, numerous monsters reside here to take advantage of prime territory. However, there is only so much space to go around, which inevitably leads to confrontations. Though they will avoid violence, there can only be one victor in this three way turf war.

I’m still super confused as to why Zinogre has his classic howl in the cutscene, but not during gameplay.
