We are going to be there in a few weeks and we plan on renting e bikes. I hate shuttles and buses so this is such a great option! Thanks for the video!

Thanks for this great video. What time of day did you shoot this video? And what do you think the temperature was? There don't seem to be that many people on the route. It looked like great weather. And what part of May? We will be there May 2 thru 5.

This was shot in the afternoon. Best time to beat the crowds is to start your ride in the afternoon. I like to start my rides in the canyon at about 4pm, if I’m not hiking. I don’t remember the temperature but it gets hot in May. You can see temperatures of 95+. That’s why I also suggest afternoons. Early May should be more pleasant and less crowded though.

Great video! How many miles was this? Just wondering if my gf and i can do this ride in our scooters. Our mile range is about 30 miles max. Thank a lot!!

It’s about 18.5 miles round trip. But there is quite a bit of uphill on the way there. Let me know if you have any more questions.

What do you do if a shuttle is behind you and needs to pass? Do you just pull over or go to the opposite lane?

Would you say this is a 4-5 hour tour? Any recommended spot to do a picnic in May?

Yes I would say 4-6 hours is a good estimation. Depends on if you want to hike, and if so, how long of a hike. I would recommended a picnic on the lawn at the Zion Lodge. Enjoy your visit in May. Let me know if you have any other questions prior to your visit.

You can’t get there from an E-bike. You’re not allowed to take e-bikes through the tunnel.

@@only1specialk the shuttles don’t run up there. You can drive though. Best bet is to drive from Springdale. Parking can be tough so try to go in the morning or evening.
