This is absolutely stunning!! It appeared to me unreal the very first time I saw this video. I love this country, very fortunate to be living here. Always felt out West has the most beautiful natural scenery, you'll find in the U.S. God bless America!

This place is the most stunning place I saw on my trip from the Uk to the South Western American States. It was at the end of an amazing scenic and historical tour through them from Denver to Zion that sadly ended in the hell that is Las Vegas.

Lizzie W, I'm so glad you got to see something besides a major city while here. The national parks here are spectacular. Did you get up the road about 50 miles/80 km./1 hr. drive to the NE to see Bryce Canyon? I don't think there's anything like it on the planet. Check out a video of it if you didn't get to stop. Same with Monument Valley and Canyon de Chelly (de SHAY), both on the Navajo Reservation. My feelings about "Lost Wages" are the same as yours.

Spectacular - so glad I could make the ride over again! In Late October 2014 I was the driver going this way in the late afternoon, with the sun low on the western sky. I did get to see much, but mostly I had to attend the road most of the time! I wished to go back the same way driving out, but we were going north to Salt Lake City, therefore I could not get to see it again, which I had wished for. Now I have - driven it over and over again, into this Park that thrilled both my husband and me so much! Thank you for publishing it!

Cazzy Sax, the national parks here are spectacular. I hope I don't sound like an arrogant American, but I am quite proud of them. Every one is a jewel. I hope you get the opportunity to come some day soon. May I suggest Bryce Canyon, Arches and Canyonlands in UT, and Grand Canyon and Saguaro (sah-WAHR-oh), plus Monument Valley and Canyon de Chelly (de SHAY), both on the Navajo Reservation in AZ? Lake Powell is also worth a look, though it's a National Recreation Area, not a national park. Tucson's (TO-sahn) Museum of the Desert is also worth a stop.

at 11:30 traffic stops at the beginning of the tunnel, if you look to your right you can see a parking area, a woman walking on the sidewalk and then the trailhead to Canyon Overlook Trail. On the left is another parking lot but no left turn on this day. This is an easy hike with great views but many miss it because the tunnel is coming up and/or they are too excited to stop.

Zion is one of my favorite places, haven't been since 1991 - still photography is what I do, but I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this way of experiencing a place I can no longer visit.. in the midst of this troubled world, I've been watching videos at High def on my large screen pc while I take my blood pressure in the morning instead of the news :-) Your vid is one of the best I've discovered , slowed to 75% for me, happy there is no insipid music inserted.. I'm guessing you were there in early summer before schools in the US were out - it seemed not to terribly crowded. Anyway, thank you, thank you for a lovely trip!

Great video! But there's another part of the park, accessed by the road on the right at 20:45, reached via the free shuttle bus service in summer. That road runs alongside the river at the bottom of the canyon, with the canyon walls on either side. The bus stops at various places with hiking trails ranging from very easy (eg Riverside Walk) to slightly more strenuous (Emerald Pools) to extreme (the uppermost section of Angels Landing).

You can put youtube on another tab, choose pretty music, switch back to here, mute the sound on this video, but leave the music playing on the other video. It is like the ride, but better. What would even be better than that is for me to go there, but until then...!
