So it was my last day in Arkansas and was going to just head home but Mrs.HuntingRocks talked me into doing a little more crystal hunting before I made the seven hour drive home ... And let me tell you what I am so glad I did , some very very cool finds with out a doubt pulled from the ground
Ron Coleman can not be beat.

Best intro ever! Every dig site needs a zip line. I bet it's so hard to leave Ron Coleman. Looks like loads of fun. That penetrator piece was most excellent.

Good show of your Zip Line thrill ride. (A lot less eventful than the glide when I was there with you.)

I do want to add a comment for all your followers.... What Jeff did on this series of days at on Coleman's was done in what one could consider to be "The Off-Season"... Meaning as it was getting colder, and school was back in. The first time or two that Jeff and I went there it was in the Summertime, when 'Everyone' was there. There weren't many finds. So if you're truly wanting to have awesome days, such as these, plan on going in the off-peak times of the year. Don't get me wrong, it is a fantastic place to go and to take the whole family for some summertime outings. Take the significant other, take the kiddies (heck, even take the Mother-In-Law) , the whole family and enjoy. Just remember what Jeff has been telling you, take along a trowel of some sort, a garden sprayer, plenty of fluids to drink, and food enough to keep your energy levels up. [Particularly if you have hypoglycemic issues such as I can have.]

Hey, Master Jeff! Some beautiful pieces! I actually love the crystals that transition from milky to clear. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you what amazing displays and miniature scenery you can make with some milky quartz and lighting. Thanks for sharing the adventure, sir. o7

Thank you , I usually don't forget to wash stuff up, but it was a long trip, and sadly, it ended right as the weather got dumb cold , I'm glad I was able to get it washed and inside before it became even colder 😆

I think they only had it opened on like Thursday - Sunday or Friday-Sunday this time of year but it makes sense not many people want to zipline in the cold 🤣

So besides looking for rocks, I l-o-v-e LOVE industrial auctions, my cleaning table was actually a produce table that came out of a grocery store that went out of business here in St. Louis. The top layer I placed wire window screen on my second level has 1/4 inch wire mesh, but I can move them around like a giant screening box. The sides are a plastic 1x4 that has a wood pattern sticker on them, so getting wet is not an issue the wires are all coated in plastic making them water proof since every thing had to be food safe for its original use. I won it for $25.00, which, honestly, I probably would have spent that building one. I would like to find a longer one at some point. I just have to wait for the right auction.

@huntingrocks definitely would have spent more than 25 on it the metal bottom looks to be fairly heavy built. A piece of expanded metal that size would have cost more than 25. Me and the Mrs love to thrift as well so I feel ya there. That was a steal man.
