Constructive criticism. If someone is going to watch a 3.5 hour video, they will probably also watch a 5 hour video especially if you slow down and actually talk though your thinking process. Going fast does not help the average player. At the very least slow down when you change out your gems. Actually show and say what it is your doing and explain why. Don't just slap in a a bunch of new gems so fast that we have to literally put the video on 0.25 speed to see what it is you picked up

Like the concept, would be nice to have it taken forward in terms of: - Jump from campaign to early maps - Progression to late maps - gear, gems, etc - POBs (early, mid, late game) This would be something quite unique where you take a character form scratch to end game and we can follow and do the same. At the end of the series we would also have completed the atlas together.

One other change is LS is linked with Inspiration support and Elemental Proliferation.. This combination really does a number on the Arch Nemisis mods. 😁😎

Replica Karui Ward is great for this, got area of effect and area damage as well as movement speed

What's good about warbanner is that you also get a lot of aura effect per stage. It doubles the enemy "phys damage" taken modifier.

If you wamt to disable the borderlands ui when you are watching a stream, there is a box on righthand on video, appearing when you mouse over. Click on it and there should be hide ui. They say by teaching others you learn/get better at what you are doing yourself. Because of how much more indepth you go to get correct information and actually take notes on your mistakes

Agreed about Earthshatter. Triggering it with Warcrys is too slow and triggering it with Leap Slam is super inconsistent. EQ or Ice Crash all the way.

FYI: The "gem" section starts at 1:20:45 while in normal lab and not at the bookmarked time provided. Prepare to turn down video replay speed to 0.5 lol

i am doing this build rn im at lvl 83. there is something weird about it though sometimes when i use call of steel the damage is very low i have a 650pDPS axe seismic cry on 1 intimidate cry close to the boss the banner and everything i also raised the impale chance to 90% but sometimes it doesnt work i have no clue why

I just want to say, I've made 2 similar characters like this. 1-Champion shattering steel- it's pretty strong, one shot strong as well, but it doesn't use fist of war... it uses a terminus est and it's fast af. Thing wrong with it is that it's not that tanky... it's too fast imo that you get cocky, leap slam infront of a pack and die to it. Biggest thing is the return steel mechanic is janky af. It just pains me to use it every 2 sec or whatever. But again, even if it was fast, it still 1 shot bosses. 2-Chieftain Tectonic slam - I think this is the similar build shown here. Obv I don't use the impale mechanic, but the war cries and fist of war is the same. One shot t15 bosses with inc. life on a 5L. What I used was Marohi Erqi... it's not that cheap (cheap meaning ~5c) but it's still affordable, and it does a lot of dmg at that. Anyway, spent a bunch of currency on it, my problem with it WAS that it was tanky, but element dmg is just deadly, so is chaos. Did some more tweaks, experimenting going slayer or jugg, and ultimately, decided that Chieftain was just the best. Also tried ground slam, ice crash, earthshatter etc. Earthquake was the best at single DPS, but Tectonic was just too good. Cleared the whole screen with 1 slam (including rares at red tier maps) and it had decent speed. My gripe with ground slam is that the AOE is just not that great. Tectonic is good since I believe you scale it with endurance charges... and having a lot of endurance charges = more tanky. After the tweaks, no more 1 shot red tier map bosses, more like 2-3. But it's much faster -aspd wise, but slower mspd wise. Since I switched to kaom's roots (which has no movement speed) but it fixed one of the biggest issue with the build that I had. Freeze. I have 2 flask with freeze immune (because I died a few times due to being frozen) and I still kept dying because I'm stupid and I keep forgetting. But yeah, overall, pretty good build. I would say chieftain is a lot more tanky, but champion has more dmg. Also, I think what I like about chieftain has more leeway on uniques + elemental pen is easier to have?? Like you can use infernal cry (covers with ash) xoph's for avatar of fire, fire pen, hp strength, chieftain's tree for pen. and dmg. Etc. So yeah, something to look at if this one does gets nerfed.

So... Would this be good in Endless Delve?

Replica Karui Ward (10% move, 30% Area Effect, 30% Area Damage, 20+ int, 20+ dex, +100 Acc) is cheep and great on this at the start. Fixes int for flame dash etc also.

Protipp: In the description put the timestamp first and then the describtion. That way the description also shows in the timeline.

Rules to search only physical added dmg! 1- Item Category = Two-handed Melee Weapon (duh! :P) 2- Set a maximum price for your budget on the last line that says "Buyout Price" 3- Click Search 4- Click on the "Physical Damage" on the item and you will get the highiest physical dmg for bonk hits, not phy DPS

I don't see why this wouldn't be a good league start build. Thus is my first SSF build, I'm well into maps and have neither of the recommended jewels, and this thing has been great at killing mobs and bosses for me.

i thought the chest makes you slower because armour gives you a movement penalty

too bad you don't like Earthshatter since you can preload that sucker with exerted attacks on bosses like nothing else.. (3 sets of overlapping spikes all going boom)... btw Sunder has a much higher multiplier than ground slam, also works really well with impaler node, takes some time to get used to the new sunder though. (I ran some T16 blighted maps on a lvl 83 zerker with sunder last league)

Short answer: get facebreaker gloves and pick "master of metal" when you ascend =)

Call of steel deals more damage if its more enemies around with impale. How is the build with bosses that are alone and no enemies near by?.
