That is sad to hear and also a reality to us. I have 4 family members who are in law enforcement and they have upgraded to working in the offices due to their education ventures. They say incompetence is rampant in all levels but they say they are hopeful that in years to come it will change

I hate it when a police office acts like a civilian. Pulling out a cellphone to record in every scinaro to record & this manner is mostly in women in SAPS. I hate it. The quality of SAPS keeps on dropping

if you are watching with emotion you might not take note that only one officer was recording as a way of taking full evidence as per Zodwa also recorded them for the same purpose.
