📖 GLOSSARY: 📖
► False Vocal Folds: False vocal folds, also called ventricular folds are a pair of thick folds of mucous membrane that are located above the larynx. They close when swallowing to protect the lungs.
► Thin Vocal Folds: When the folds thin out when you go higher in the range. Also known as head voice.
► Falsetto: When the vocal folds are stiff and let out air.
► Thick Vocal Folds = When you are in your chest register (so lower than an A above middle C ish) the true vocal folds are thick, and therefore we call this thick vocal folds.
► True Vocal folds = Vocal cords. They aren't cords at all but folds of tissue and ligament, so we stay clear of you thinking they are like two ropes in your larynx.
► Larynx: the place in the throat where the Vocal Folds / Vocal Cords live.

I've said this before, but again, i really don't understand why he didnt get the golden buzzer! Hes already amazing and in the past they've given the golden buzzer to other kids who aren't even as good as he is!

We're seeing him with our own eyes, hearing him with our own ears, and having trouble believing he could have this MUCH HEART, and be so GREAT. But he DOES, and he IS. EVERY man young or old WISHES he were this cool AT TWELVE years old. (old?) Alfie is going to change the way humans talk about age. THANK~You, Dear Lord for some GOOD NEWS like this.

Absolutely love this kid/busker. He has several videos singing in public as well, great stuff. Like the Backstreet Boys tee as well, my brother -in-law Billy Chapin was a guitarist with them for a while.

I too cry every time I hear Alfie sing this song. I am so excited to hear more of his singing. Alfie's personality is charming and likeable. Love his voice and inflection, body movements getting into parts of this great song. I am with you on Heidi. I was so disappointed and angry when she asked Alfie if he was nervous and said she would be terrified if she were 12 years old up there on stage. Very stupid, IGNORANT thing to say. I was so happy when Simon jumped in, and gently guided Alfie's attention away from that very thoughtless comment. Geeze
