@@thischanneldied8969 I agree. My family was from Rivne, Ukraine where Yiddish was spoken widely with signs in Yiddish all around. Today, due to the Holocaust you would never know a single Jewish person ever lived there due to the lack of synagogues, and major Jewish communities. Ukrainian is the only language spoken there, maybe some Polish or Russian. At this point Yiddish is no longer a European language. It survives only in the United States.
