The neighbors are numbered from 1 to 10. If you have 5 neighbors left, then neighbors 1 to 5 will be there, and 6 to 10 will not.

I have a question, the numbers on the maps represent victims. But what do the values represent? Incredible work, the names, the tables, the mechanics explained, all this is amazing. THE MANUAL OMG. Thank you

If you have 9 victims going into a level, then neighbors 1 to 9 will be there, number 10 wont be. Is that what you mean?

It's based on which frame the game is on. If you know what frame it is then you can know. That's how people can get the bazooka drop on the first level.

Assuming your talking about the bonus level, you need to get a bazooka from a trash can/closet

kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Z5x5m7Rirs_OeZc.html Do that to get the bazooka. Also if you happen to get a red monster potion, that will work, also a mystery potion has a chance to turn you into a monster, so that has a chance to work too.
