I've heard that those bad ratings are intentionally put there so that the organization can ask the hotel to pay for premium for better reviews. Many hotels come under pressure and actually pay premium just to get better reviews.

its true cause i own a rstaurant and we should even pay premium so that our restaurant is visible and we get more orders both swiggy and zomato does it and all the discounts are given by the restaurant only solely zomato does not even give single discount and it also forces restaurants to give the first orser discount and there is no escaping from it😑

Bad Ratings are sometimes done because of - Competition from rivals, or - they genuinely had bad cooks, whom they later replaced (I mean those bad reviews were 3 months old, and things can change within that time).

Bruh no...we eat indian food daily so we know how a particular sabji is supposed to taste like but foreigners don't. They think everything is curry and all curry taste the same. Tell me will u like it if u ordered khadai paneer but u get sweet malai paneer. No right . Also noone got time to right fake reviews unless u are the rival restaurant.

They gave you the wrong order. You ordered a indo Chinese thali that consisted of noodles, fried rice , Manchurian etc but u received a traditional Indian thali with puri, sabji, rice etc.
