Since I've read the book I can say it definitely makes sense for M Night to make this, since he is known for crazy endings. Not a huge fan of his but for the story it matches him. I do not think it will be very good but perhaps surprising at the very least.

I hope this movie is as brilliant as the trailer anticipates & I hope Dakota Fanning realises that this is her *last chance saloon* to deliver a standout performance to make her relevant again, her performance in every movie she's been in from The Secret Life Of Bees onwards have just been beyond diabolical in stark contrast to her off the Richter Scale performances as a child actress from My Name Is Sam to War Of The Worlds

Too many modern movies put everything important in the last ten minutes. You can watch the trailer and the last ten minutes, and that's all you need. The rest of the movie is just filler with mood music and jump scares.

I saw this MOVIE... i want my $13 back. The lead character chick is the most boring ever. The storyline makes very little sense. The plot is extremely unsophisticated and stupid. It is basically like they tried mixing Irish folklore with new age concepts and a few episodes of the Tv Show LOST. After about 20 minutes, It was brutally painful to sit through. The ending was almost interesting... but not really. This girl goes into the middle of the woods and finds a stupid modern house with a glass window. The monsters have a webcam fetish and like to voyeur around the house like creepers. a few people get eaten. the end.
