It's amazing that Zoologist has come up with so many amazing perfumes within such a short time although working with such a special concept. I really love that retro-twist of Civet, it reminds me of scents like Mitsouko or L'Heure Bleue.

Hi Steve! I've been watching your videos for quite some time now and I have to say your reviews are always awesome. You've shown stuff that is mind blowing and I've never heard of and this one happens to be one of them. Having a love and appreciation for animals I'm inclined to give this one a go. The presentation(box and bottle) is very unique and appealing. It's the type that demands attention even if you were in a rush to get somewhere, you'd most likely be compelled to stop and glance, even for a second. Very well put review. I had never heard of this perfumer until now. Sounds very interesting and different. This sounds right up my alley...'suitable for older' persons. I generally appreciate civet in classic fragrances and would love the chance to try it in a more modern interpretation. Love your reviewing style...providing LOTS of info in a concise format, very understandable and no pretension. Thank you and Mr. Wong for the opportunity to try this. By the way, I loved Beaver and Bat.

Hey Steven ! Great review as always ... there's a fragrance stand in my city of Philadelphia who sells this. The sales guy sprayed a test strip for me of Bat by Zoologist. I liked that one! I would like to get my nose on this one as well.

I love Zoologist fragrances Hummingbird is magnificent, I like Nightingale and Panda (PANDA NEEDS TO BE A CANDLE...)(Actually they all would make amazing candles, I spray my car too,) I do love the new version of Beaver, still like the original, but I do see the new version as more wearable. Always love your reviews... What does Jen think of this one? I like the new box,I do keep my Bottle in my bookcase... All the best to you amd Jen

I used to wear civet oil by Jovan in the 70's, and there is a bottle on ebay, and they don't ship to Canada. I have been looking for a replacement ever since. Loved the review.

Got a sample coming of _Civet_ That's a gorgeous box. I like the bottle better too. Honey Oud by Floris. Going to have to check it out. Stronger than Rhinoceros , whoa. Got a sample of the original Beaver coming too. I had one before, but I think i gave it away. Can;t wait for my sample. Thanks for the review Steven. That's not a condition Steven, it's a gift.

This scent sounds unlike anything I've ever smelled. For that reason, I'm very excited to try it out and see what it smells like. The wearability is definitely a concern for me though. Civet sounds like you'd wear it with a rough grey wool suit.

I used the Civet shaving soap this morning - I needed a pick me up scent to start my day. I think the description of 'Golden' is apt. For me it's gold with a hint of citrus. If you can find the shave soap online - BUY IT!

Have all the samples except Civet which is the newer from the house...love Nightingale and Hummingbird. Civet is the new kid on the block that is making rounds lately with mixed reviews. Would love to test and own this if lady luck smiles my way😊
