So, to get it a bit clearer maybe ^^ Haki is basicly a way for you to touch the natural element of the logia type. For instance, Akainu has Lungs,Kidney etc like we do, but his are made out of Magma, The physical element of Magma. Haki is basicly like layer of protection for you to touch said Organ. You will still feel the heat of said element, but its touchable for a short time. Logias will feel the pain of the Hit since its theire body but can regenerate the survace layer since they're made out of said element. TLDR: Haki does pain and damage but doesnt break laws of physics or nature ^^

Well, Zoro is a gentleman that would prefer not to hurt women, but if a woman is capable of fighting anywhere near his level he will not patronize her and if a woman doesn't want his help, he will let her try herself. But if they need help, he will always help them. And if they are an enemy that threatens his crew, he will stop them. Sanji is uncontrolled in his lust and tries to disguise it by saying he's a gentleman, when in realize he sexualizes women more than anyone else we saw on the show. Only ever thinking about their beauty. And before anyone even tries to argue this, think back to thriller bark where Sanji revealed he wanted Absaloms power so he can molest women with it... true gentleman... Anyways, thing is, Zoro is actually a gentleman that treats women with respect and saves them when needed.
