Let's do the math. The price of this apartment comes to a little over INR 17k per square feet. In South City 1, one can buy a plot of land admeasuring 500 square yard or 4500 square feet for a price of INR 4.5 crores. Gurgaon municipal laws allow buyers to construct an approximately 9000 square feet house on such a plot. The construction cost of comparable quality would come to approx INR 3000-3500 per square feet. Even at INR 4000 per square feet, the cost of constructing a 9000 sq feet house would come to INR 3.6 crores. Let's round it off to INR 4 crores. Taken with the price of land, the total cost would be INR 8.5 crores. A saving of well over 6 crores rupees.

you have to take into account the price of parks, sport fields, pools and other recreation things into the price. When you build your house on your plot of land you will essentially be in the middle of nowhere with zero facilities. Not to even mention the headache that comes with buying property, getting permits, keeping up with construction. Someone who can afford this house just does not have time for that.

@@titledprince one can go for a club membership if someone wants aneneties...even the membership for best of the clubs won't cost you 6 cr 😐😐 also an independent bungalow is way way better than staying in a flat of an society..also dont skip the maintenance cost of this flat which will be way too more (coz of the same amenities) than maintenance cost of an independent bungalow...also the Independence that one gets in staying in your own bungalow than a society flat is incomparable...not that I can afford either the flat or the bungalow at this stage 🤣🤣🤣 but just in case if I had a choice (considering the location is same) I will always go for an independent bungalow 🙂🙂

Also, imagine spending 15 crores on a flat where you get a boilerplate design? You could get a meticulously designed villa incorporating all your individual needs and preferences by an architect for 6.5 crores less.

I see some issues.. 1)Small room for house help at such a big place...as there would be more than 1 helper 2) why only one kitchen and dining area for all levels.? 3) where is the bar counter and drinking/smoking area.?...that should have been given a thought. 4) where is the home theator screen and chairs..snooker table for entertainment and fun.? 5) where is the proper gym.? 6) where is the reading room, drawing room and library.?

Quality of finish is extremely poor and i would even pay half for what is being asked. Lush green - you can hardly see any trees. Lawns are not called greens ... Also - You can plant 10k trees and still have enough free space ...which will be called lush green ...and NOT palm trees ... India is not middle east and we need native big trees which have huge canopies..... Without clean and sustainable environment , there is no luxary.

I need same apartment/villa but with 6 master bedrooms with table and chair and bathtub in all rooms and all samerooms none should better than other only colours may change , a better and huge swimming pool , a nice Gym, 1 studio room , 1 medium working office dining area may be compromised a bit . I also need some resort type of luxury.4 car parking space. Please take care that Delhi and it's very close neighborhood areas only.

Terrible Video, She doesn’t know the very fundamentals of selling. Amateur English and Camera used is too wide angel and gives headache. Music sucks too. Way too expensive. We can get 500 square yard plot in heart of delhi in 15-18 Crore and have a much better living closer to Mother Earth than hanging high and dey in stratosphere. 😊
