This too complicated. I can’t even understand the part where in the video it explains about how this service works. How a senior is going to use this service? Why companies make these services so complicated for people to even understand how it works.

Too much. Just stay with your smart phone. Your better off. That large thick antenna is what was used in the old days reminiscent of old technology.
