肉末600克
鹽5克 (1小勺)
醬油10克 (1大勺)
五香粉2克 (1/2小勺)
白胡椒2克 (1/2小勺)
食用油40克 (3大勺)
小蔥200克
2小撮小蘇打
食用油 15克(1大勺)
Recipe :
Bread✖️12

All-purpose flour 700g (5+4/5cup)
Water 500g(2+1/2cup)
Instant yeast 10g (2+1/2tsp)
Sugar 15g (1 tbsp)

Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will try this using wholemeal flour as I can't have plain flour. Why don't people make more dishes eg pizza and other snacks using wholemeal flour which is much more beneficial for health. 😊
