Please!! Never pour hot liquids towards yourself! Also, it is recommended to wipe the rims of jars with vinegar. Will be trying the recipe ☺

I don't cook it before canning . Put filled jars into warm water bring to simmer in water bath canner and process 25 minutes . Otherwise it's mush .

I’d suggest scooping out the seeds from the courgette before you chop them. Looks nice though and a good recipe.

Great suggestion! That would be a good point if you're using this to make a dump cake or something that seeds would not be very appealing.

What are those countertop burners you have? What make and where did you get them. Do you also pressure can on those burners? Hope we have them here in Canada

they are induction cooktop (burners).....some pots work on them and some don't. Flat bottom pots work best, but not all types of metal will work. I think you can get them in Canada, I don't know what type are used in this video but recognize the type.

Eat it on its own - as if its any other pineapple, use it in a dump cake, or even in zucchini bread or stir fry!

Are seeds in yr zucchini?

I left the seeds in but many people prefer to remove them before canning.
