Recipe for: Warmed zucchini with cheese and topping. Light Summer Meal For Hot Days!
Necessary products:
4 zucchini
200 g of crushed cow's cheese
400 g of yogurt
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
A few sprigs of fennel, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Oil
Method of preparation:
Cut the courgettes diagonally about 0.5 cm thick.
Place them in a large bowl, season with salt, pepper and oil. Stir well.
Heat a pan and fry the zucchini until golden on both sides.
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
In a baking dish, arrange a row of courgettes, sprinkle with oregano, then spread the crumbled cheese and sprinkle with dill. Arrange another row of zucchini on top of the cheese.
Pour the topping evenly over the zucchini.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C fan-free on low until the topping is set.
Cut the ogreten into pieces and serve.
