Pink Floyd - Delicate Sound Of Thunder - Money 2019 Remix+Guy Pratt's bass solo and female a capella

In the 2019 remix of Delicate Sound Of Thunder, the song "Money" has been condensed, removing Guy Pratt's bass solo and the female a cappella section. I have inserted these two missing sections from an old laserdisc issue.

That's so excellent. One of the best part was Rachel Fury flirtatiously blowing a kiss to Gilmoure. Unfortunate that they cut that part out

The bass solo fits perfectly. I don’t understand why is it has been cut? Time? Didn’t feel it fit the song. When I watched the remove I was so disappointed and mad the Guy’s bass solo was cut. Ugh

There is a Whole section in 4/4. Starting with the big snare fill and the guitar solo. Doesn't come back to 7/4 until the final verse.

This is awesome. Please PLEASE do the same thing to Comfortably Numb from knebworth 1990. Why they chopped up gilmours solo is beyond me. Great work man

Years ago I found Margret "Machan" Taylor on Facebook and asked about Rachel Fury and Margret said Rachel had left the singing career/business. Sad.

There're also a couple seconds missing from Comfortably Numb's second solo. You can find them from 6:39 - 6:54 of the original 1988 release.

Oh, I noticed it now. I was feeling something odd about the new version but could not exactly find out what it was. The remixed version does not sound that great too, it sounds thin and lacks depth. I always listen to the original mix.

Rubbish re-edit unfortunately. Looks like they used all the good shots on the original, and had to use second or third-Best shots on this one. The other tracks are all like this too.

Hilarious that people consider this to be Pink Floyd. The bass player is playing slap bass, and Pratt never fit into this band. He is a good bass player, and session musician, but a really bad choice for PF. Also Rich Wright was starting to play something really cool, but then the girl singers, and the other keyboard player ruined it. This stuff is not bad music, but it certainly has almost nothing to do with PF because it is so diluted with all these other "members" who just ruin everything.

Its a small thing, but the backing vocalists woo hoos after Gilmour says Money really grates on me. I do like Guy Pratt though.
