hi, interesting video! About the clutch, after playing with thickness of friction plates, flexibility of the bowden cable, warpage of the old disks (which was none) etc, I found that the only thing that matters is that the springs have equal length (and strength). After selecting the springs on equal length, so that there is no 'warpage' / angle of the the plates, due to this, the clutch works perfectly, with lots of room to find the sweet spot. Putting it in first gear, the chains absorb the initial push, and only by letting the clutch lever go ypou know of the first gear is really engaged or not. I am interested in the rest of your videos. Cheers, Alex

Hello Alex. Useful comment thanks. I too noticed that the springs can cause an issue and I found that in both cases old springs and discs work better and any of the new ones I had bought. from Hommes. In some cases the friction material was 0.5mm different in each plate and also the toothed discs. Many people say they dont have a problem but mostly they have a solo with 1 clutch plate, so double the seperation. Its the dual clutch sidecar setup that is tricky. I will make a video on the clutches soon and along with some more Zundapp ones and I have another KS600 and a K800 in bits.

Hi, i am from UK and i am the one of those few zundapp ks 600 owners .Do you have any contact number to get in touch. I never seen another one on the road in Uk or on classic shows. Probably military shows are the only places to see one.Nice video and the bike.regards
