That's the thing with Zverev, one moment he seems very humble and smart and the next moment it's the exact opposite. It makes it hard to guess which version is the "real" Zverev.

well he should think to be actor or supermodel , because he is part of so called NextGen who never reached the level to challenge neither Novax or Rafa, so now the new NextGen Jannik and Carlito have already leapfrogged above them! Too late for all of them. they probably will be around for sometime to hang around the main 2 lead actors, while the old guards sing the last songs on their exit :)
@ArianeSteinwandАй бұрын
@@francis87589 You might be right. I was just saying he used to be the poster boy for ATP and Nextgen, and it is obvious why: because he is handsome and can be very charming (if he wants to). I never said this nextgen delivered. Just stating Sascha is an attractive man and was great to market.

Sverev or Dimitrov vs Sinner in the Finals? Doesn't matter. Same result. The Italian is simply unbeatable this year! But Sascha is one great player that is as enjoyable to watch at play or during the interviews. A great ambassador of the sport and his country. Just like Yannik is. Alcaraz Is out of the tournament, actually. If Sinner wins the tournament he will be n 2. N 1 Is an old man near to retirement. That's why zverev says that It Is logical Sinner will be n 1. Alcaraz Is a great player, maybe more talented than sinner, but not as consistent and mentally strong.
@shanetroy111Ай бұрын
@raffaelecafiero3608 Not as mentally strong? With two grand slams at the age of 20. Including the one most players dream about already. How good was sinner at 20 and how much had he won? Lets see where alcarez is when he is closing in on age 23 as sinner is now. And how good he is at that point.
@raffaelecafiero3608Ай бұрын
@@shanetroy111 Sorry but It doesn't work like that. Look at the race of this year and at the progression of results. Sinner Is improving faster than alcaraz. Alcaraz Is staying the same since an year. He Is great, but if he do not evolve his play sooner or later other players will learn how to beat him. Look at what Dimitrov did in Miami yesterday.
@shanetroy111Ай бұрын
@@raffaelecafiero3608 Novak won his first slam at 20. Did not win his second until he was 23 as he went through so much stalemate in progression so actually history suggests that it can work like that for young talented players and even arguably for the greatest player in history. There is never any guarantee. But as a really young player alcarez has got over the big hump of winning a slam never mind two which can be a mental block for so many upcoming talented players. Andy murray being a prime example. Gregor played one of his best performances of his career against alcarez as a much older experienced player. Gregor when he plays like that had the potential to be one of the greats but it never happened for him and he is supremely gifted and shows it now and again.
