Zwift crashed 20 minutes into my ride and then kept dropping power which was very frustrating especially as I had mentally prepared for a 2 hour session this morning and finally gave up 90 minutes in.
14 Weeks until my first Age Group Race for Team GB and 19 Weeks until my first Ironman 70.3 World Champs, I will be sharing the highs on lows of my training and giving you an honest view of what it looks like in the build up.
