@@Ar_ix I was in a bad shape, drug addicted and had no perspective. Couldn't hold a job for more than 2 months, and my gf broke up with me. At rock bottom, I had decided I need to change my life. I started going to the gym and while I was prepping for gym and consuming my Jack3d (the old one) I was watching Zyzz's motivation videos. He lit the fire in me to always keep going, never give up, never look backwards, and I will never forget what he did for me.

It took a long time to get used to going to the gym. I have such severe social anxiety that even this post causes my stress to rise. I was addicted to a lot of things. Mainly weed and pills. It took more than a year just to get my head in the right place. “There’s no one here but you and the weights” “train like you mean it” and “one more for zyzz”. Don’t let you hold you back from your dreams. I want to see a Greek god in the mirror and I won’t let the fact that I’m scared of people hold me back. This post is proof. For all of you struggling with your mental health, know that I’m here for you. I believe in you.

10 months ago I started my workout progress. And I have now lost 50 pounds starting from 250, 6”5. Just a tall dude with a beer belly. Nonetheless I wanted to push myself harder than ever. With Zyzz in the back of my mind telling me just one more! Never give up on your goals. I am now skinny and able to see my core muscles for the first time. We’re all gonna make it. It is our Destiny as men and women to achieve great things. For it is our most invaluable trait.
