Haven’t gone to the gym for 2 1/2 weeks after being consistent for 5-6 months. And I was eating less and breaking my diet. I was losing focus and discipline. I went back to the grind this week and I found this playlist, now I’m blasting it in the morning to motivate me no matter how I’m feeling. If you lose focus and discipline it’s never too late to get back on the grind as long as you get back at it that’s what matters. You’ll make it 💪🏽.

I've been working hard for months, lifting and eating better. I was pushing myself hard and felt good about it. After a while I started to fall off and get lazy again, and I let some of the people in my life drag me down a bit with things they said. I had to start pushing myself once more and after a few weeks I have finally gotten back into my routine. I needed this playlist and the extra push it has provided for me. It is important to keep the goal in mind and keep working, ignoring those who only aim to hinder progress whether they realize they are doing it or not. I kept hearing "people will try to drag you down and hold you back" and it took me a while to see how real it is. For whatever reason people hear the progress you make and just can't help themselves from trying to put you down a peg or convince you you're doing something wrong. I have to remember that this is all for me and I'm bettering myself because I want the irrefutable proof that I put the work in. Even if they don't end up giving me that validation in the end, I'll have it for myself once I'm there.
