At least one of these aren't mistakes though. Just spotting at the end knowing they didn't plan to land/building the skill... example girl on the floor round off back handspring full (layout with full twist) that catch was expected.

I’m not trying to be rude however in the first video you looked really annoyed with the person who put the mat out and they looked quite worried and wondering if they were wrong yet you call it one of your best saves in my opinion you shouldn’t of looked like that you should think more about other people

the way the last guy perfectly uses his own weight and momentum to take the energy and momentum off of the girl. it’s so hard to explain but you can see how his specific movements soften the falls
